Pastor - Dr. David A. Tomme Dr. David Tomme became Pastor of First Southern Baptist Church in August, 2002. David is married to Lynette and was ordained to the ministry in 1974. David is a graduate of East Texas Baptist University (BA), Texas A&M -Commerce (MS, Counseling), Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (MA.RE.)( M.DIV), and Trinity College and University (PH.D). David previously served as pastor of First Baptist Church, Edgewood, TX; First Southern Baptist Church, Ferris, TX; and Morton Baptist Church, Diana, TX. Email: david@fsbc.org Minister of Music - Keith Longo Keith Longo became Minister of Music at First Southern Baptist Church July 3rd, 2005. Keith is married to Jo Anne and has been in the ministry since 1980. Keith's formal education includes Palm Beach Atlantic College, Florida Baptist Theological College (B.Th.) and attended Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Keith has served as Minister of Music, East Paris Baptist Church, Paris TX; First Baptist Church, Sellersburg, Indiana; Pine Level Baptist Church, Cairo, Georgia; Muldoon Road Baptist Church, Anchorage, Alaska; and Lakeside Baptist Church, Lake City, Florida. Email: keith@fsbc.org Minister of Students - Tom Willson Tom Willson is Minister to Students at First Southern Baptist. Tom and his wife Sharon are uniquely gifted to work with students. Tom has attended Tulsa Junior College, Tulsa, Ok, Southwest Baptist University, Bolivar, MO and Rocky Mountain Campus of Golden Gate Seminary, Denver, CO. Tom and Sharon have four wonderful children: Kaylee, Thomas, Andrew, and Kristi. Email: tom@fsbc.org Minister of Day Care Services - Ken Musselwhite Ken graduated from Pikes Peak Community College (Associate of Arts). Covington College (Bachelor of Religious Education) Covington Theological Seminary (Master of Religious Education). Ken has been working with children for over 30 years having served as a children pastor, youth pastor as well as senior pastor. He also serves the Colorado Baptist Convention as the state VBS Director as well the Kids Kamp Director. He is also a ventriloquist having performed in many churches. His key verse is Proverbs 17:22 "A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones" Ken and his wife Cheryl have three children Juli, Travis and Austin. His education is in the field of managerial accounting, and he has worked with churches in a financial capacity since 1982.
